General Terms & Conditions (AGB)
1. Provider & scope
This shop at antrax.berlin is operated by ANTRAX BLN GmbH, Berlin (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to all orders placed through this shop. See our Impressum for full company details.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button and completing payment, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. We accept your offer by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods. The purchase contract is concluded at that point.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include statutory German VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before you complete your order and on our Shipping page.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately on order. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout, including SumUp (card) and PayPal. Card and account data entered during payment are processed by the respective payment provider and are not stored by us.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page. We deliver while stock lasts. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and refund any amount already paid.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Full details, including the withdrawal form and consequences, are set out in our Cancellation & withdrawal policy.
8. Returns
Practical information on returning or exchanging items is on our Returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) apply to all goods.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
11. Consumer dispute resolution
We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
12. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of the consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected.
