Not right? EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is received.
- Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with tags attached.
- Sealed vinyl must be returned unopened.
- To start a return or exchange, email info@antrax.berlin with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
