1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this site is ANTRAX BLN GmbH, Berlin. Contact: info@antrax.berlin. Company details: Impressum.
2. Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by SiteGround. When you visit, the server automatically records log data (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested page, browser) to operate, secure and stabilise the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Orders & customer accounts
To process purchases we collect the data you enter at checkout (name, billing/shipping address, email, phone) via WooCommerce. This data is used to fulfil the contract and meet legal (e.g. tax) obligations. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
4. Payment providers
Payments are processed by SumUp and PayPal. When you pay, the required data is transmitted to the chosen provider, which acts as an independent controller for the payment. We do not store your full card details. See the providers’ own privacy notices.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for core functions such as the cart and checkout. Where required, non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics) are only set with your consent. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / § 25 TDDDG for necessary cookies, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for consent-based cookies.
5a. Google Fonts
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (consistent, readable presentation of the site). 6. Analytics
Subject to your consent, we use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics and/or Jetpack Stats) to understand how the site is used and improve it. IP addresses are shortened/anonymised where the tool supports it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time.
7. Trusted Shops
We use Trusted Shops services (e.g. trustmark, review invitations). Where reviews are collected, your email may be transmitted to Trusted Shops for that purpose, based on your consent or our legitimate interest, as applicable.
8. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send updates until you unsubscribe. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Each email contains an unsubscribe link.
9. Recipients & processors
We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payment, shipping, email) under data-processing agreements, or where legally required.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. commercial and tax law).
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
